Two bedroom apartment in Brodarica on the ground floor of a small apartment building. In the apartment there is kitchen with dining room and living room from which you have an exit to the terrace that is part covered, 1 bathroom, storage room and 2 bedrooms.

CONSTRUCTION:
the residemtal building will be built with 25 cm thick block bricks, stiffened by a system of horizontal and vertical reinforced concrete cerclages.
The floor construction structures and the roof slab are made of solid reinforced concrete slabs. The foundations, super-foundation walls and staircase are made of reinforced concrete.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION:
The load-bearing roof structure is made of reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 20 cm. The roof is made as a flat impassable roof, covered with UV-stable TPO foil, thermally insulated with 15 cm of thermal insulation.

FACADE:
the facade will be made with silicate plaster with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene
EPS (Styrofoam) 10 cm.

WALLS AND CEILING:
the internal partition walls in the apartments are made of drywalls with mineral wool filling of 10-12,5 cm thickness with double plasterboard panels. The concrete parts of the walls and ceiling slabs are leveled by smoothing. The final treatment of concrete and partition walls is painting with semi-despersive white paint. Block brick wallls are plastered with gypsium-lime and lime-cement plaster, and finished with smoothing and painting. In the case of wall tiles, all expansion joints, as well as adges and corner ends, are made with protective corner profiles. In the sanitary facilities, all walls are covered with ceramic tiles from floor to ceiling.

PAYMENT:
10% - down payment
30% - when the rough construction is completed (ready for carpentry)
30% - right before putting the ceramics
20% - when its all finished
10% - getting usage permission and transfering the ownership
